1. Appointment Booking & Payment:

• Scheduling: Appointments are confirmed upon payment or agreement of terms.
• Payment Methods: Cash or credit/debit card (BGN) at my Burgas practice.
• International Clients: Fees in EUR (converted at current exchange rate).

Sliding-scale fees are available for local clients in need. Contact me to inquire about current availability. Full-price sessions help subsidize these spots—thank you for supporting community care!

Sliding Scale Policy for On-Site Services

Healing should be accessible to all. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for local clients in financial need. If standard fees are a barrier, please respectfully request a reduced rate when booking.

How It Works:

Income-Based Tiers (for oblast Burgas locals):

Standard Rate: Full session fee

• • Tier 1 – For modest incomes (e.g., students, retirees).
  • Tier 2 (20% off) – For those experiencing financial hardship.

Honor System:

Clients self-select their tier—no proof required. Trust and mutual respect guide this process.

Limited Availability:

Sliding-scale slots are capped ( 2 per week) to sustain my practice.

Guidelines for Clients:

For locals only (Oblast Burgas residents, as international rates are already adjusted).

Prioritized for: Single parents, unemployed individuals, or fixed-income earners.

Not for: Those seeking discounts for convenience.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• 24-hour notice required for rescheduling/cancellation.
• Late cancellations (<24h): 50% fee applies.
• No-shows: Full session fee charged.

3. Service Scope

• Non-Medical: Services (acupressure, coaching, etc.) support wellness but do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
• Client Responsibility: Disclose health conditions/allergies before sessions.

4. Confidentiality

Your personal information and session details are kept strictly confidential, except:

• If required by law.
• If harm to self/others is disclosed.

5. Liability

Clients participate at their own risk. Not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions aggravated by sessions.
• Improper self-care post-session.

6. Intellectual Property

Handouts, techniques, or materials provided are for personal use only.

7. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated; clients will be notified of material changes.

8. Governing Law

Governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes resolved in Burgas courts.
