1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to all services of Der Eifelercoach, both at the practice in Ravda and online. Last updated: 3 October 2026.

These terms govern every agreement between Der Eifelercoach EOOD (“I”) and you as a client for coaching, psychological counselling, crisis intervention and related services. Section 2 applies to all services. Section 3 adds rules for services at the practice, section 4 for online psychological counselling. Anything we agree individually, whether verbally or in writing, takes precedence over these terms. For clarity, I confirm important agreements by email or message.
2. General terms for all services
2.1 Services and their limits
Coaching and psychological counselling support personal development, stress management and coping with challenging life situations. They are not psychotherapy and not medical treatment, and they do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a doctor or psychotherapist.
Measurement and feedback methods such as the HRV scan, biofeedback, neurofeedback, bioresonance analysis or the muscle test used in Wingwave coaching serve self-awareness and relaxation. They are not medical diagnostics. I make no promise of healing, and no particular result can be guaranteed.
Not an emergency service: In an acute crisis or emergency, please call 112 (European emergency number) or go to the nearest hospital.
2.2 Booking
You can book by phone, email, WhatsApp or via the website. The agreement is made when I confirm your appointment. Before our first session, I ask you to complete the consent form on the processing of your personal data.
2.3 Fees and payment
The current fees are listed on the Fees page and are stated in euros (EUR). At the practice, you can pay in cash or via PayPal. Online sessions are paid in advance via PayPal.
2.4 Reduced rates
A limited number of reduced-rate sessions is available for residents of Burgas Province in financial need. Just ask when booking; no proof is required. Details are on the Fees page.
2.5 Cancellation and missed appointments
- Cancelling or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the appointment is free of charge.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before, 50% of the fee is due.
- If you miss an appointment without cancelling, the full fee is due.
- No fee is charged if you cannot attend because of sudden illness or an emergency you could not foresee. Please let me know as early as possible.
- If I have to cancel an appointment, you pay nothing and we agree on a new date.
2.6 Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and book from a distance (by phone, email, WhatsApp or via the website), you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons. A clear statement by email to info@der-eifelercoach.eu is sufficient.
If, at your express request, a session takes place within these 14 days, you pay for the services provided up to your withdrawal. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right at that point. Agreements made in person at the practice are not covered by this right.
2.7 Your responsibilities
Please tell me about relevant health conditions and about any ongoing medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Coaching and counselling do not replace such treatment; please do not stop prescribed treatment or medication without consulting your doctor. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the steps you take.
2.8 Confidentiality and data protection
Everything you share with me is treated as strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where the law requires disclosure or where there is a serious risk to your life or the life of others. Your personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in your consent form.
2.9 Liability
I am liable without limitation for damage that I cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for any injury to life, body or health that I cause. For damage that I cause through slight negligence, my liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
2.10 Materials
Worksheets, handouts, recordings of exercises and other materials are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, passed on or published without my consent.
3. Services at the practice
Sessions take place at the practice in Ravda. Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session ends at the agreed time and the full fee applies.
Before measurement and feedback methods (for example HRV scan, biofeedback, neurofeedback or bioresonance analysis), please tell me about any health conditions or medical devices that could be relevant. If a method is not suitable for you, we will choose another one.
If you prefer, you can sign the consent form on paper at the practice instead of completing it online.
4. Online psychological counselling
Online sessions take place as video or audio calls via Zoom or WhatsApp. Sessions are not recorded. Please do not record them yourself either, so that confidentiality is protected for both of us.
You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a suitable device and a quiet, private place where you can talk undisturbed. If the connection fails for reasons on my side, the lost time is made up or a new appointment is arranged free of charge. If it fails for reasons on your side, the booked time counts as used.
Online sessions are paid in advance via PayPal. Zoom and WhatsApp process data under their own terms; details are in the Privacy Policy.
Online counselling is not suitable for acute crises. In an emergency, please call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
5. Final provisions
Changes: I may update these terms. Changes apply only to bookings made after the update. You will be informed of material changes in good time.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Applicable law and jurisdiction: Bulgarian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. Where legally permitted, the courts of Burgas have jurisdiction.
Language: These terms are available in English, German and Bulgarian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
