🚨 Crisis Intervention

When emotions run high, or life feels overwhelming, I offer prompt, calm support, stability and practical tools for emotional first aid.

In addition to these core services, I offer complementary methods that focus on body awareness, relaxation and self-regulation:

These methods are described in more detail on their individual pages.

💬 Sessions are available in English or German. Bulgarian-speaking clients are welcome to bring an interpreter of their choice. My practice is in Ravda, near Nessebar and Sunny Beach.

Coaching

Unlock your potential through holistic coaching.
My coaching sessions are designed to guide you through personal transformation, help you discover your true strengths, and gain clarity on your goals.

Whether you’re facing emotional blocks, lack of motivation, or a desire for deeper purpose, I offer a safe and structured space to explore your inner world. Together, we focus on solutions, not problems.

As Der Eifelercoach, I support you with empathy, professional techniques, and a firm belief in your capacity for change. Sessions take place online or in person at my practice in Ravda, in English or German.

Psychological Counselling

Psychological counselling offers you a protected space to sort through what is weighing on you – whether it is stress, a difficult decision, questions about relationships or a phase of change in your life.
Together we look at your situation from a new angle, clarify what really matters to you and develop concrete steps that fit your life. You remain the expert on your own life; my role is to listen, ask helpful questions and offer structure and an outside perspective.
I draw on many years of experience in counselling, grief support and crisis intervention, as well as methods from NLP and Wingwave coaching.
Please note: psychological counselling is not psychotherapy and does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a doctor or psychotherapist. If treatment seems advisable, I will tell you openly and help you find suitable support.

Crisis Support and Intervention

A crisis can arrive suddenly: the loss of a loved one, a separation, a serious illness, an accident or the loss of a job. In such moments, many people feel overwhelmed and no longer know where to begin.
Crisis intervention is short-term, focused support. It aims to help you regain stability, find your footing and take the next manageable steps. I have accompanied people through grief since 2008 and completed my training in emergency pastoral care and crisis intervention in 2014.

What crisis support with me can include
Stabilisation – calming, breathing and grounding techniques that help you feel steadier.
Orientation – sorting out what is most urgent and what can wait.
Resources – identifying who and what can support you: family, friends, community and professional services.
Next steps – planning the coming days and, where needed, arranging further support.

Important: My crisis support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or if you are having thoughts of ending your life, please call the emergency number 112 straight away.
